About Me

I'm a Web designer, developer and marketing consultant.

I offer digital design and development solutions, as well as brand and marketing services for small to medium-sized businesses to build brand recognition and trust with their target market.

Unlike most small agencies, I'm one person with a wide area of experience and skills.

I grew up in a small town in North Idaho, dinking around with computers. I was always interested in the digital world, and was introduced to coding at a very young age (I wrote my first program in BASIC). I didn't stick with development, and instead moved into Photoshop and learning the basic design tools.

Not knowing what I wanted to do with my life, I did a stint enlisted in the US Navy, aboard a submarine. I was a Navigation Electronics Technician.

I learned that I didn't enjoy the hardware side of things, and after leaving the military I spent some time deciding my future and looking for something that would fit with my skills and mindset.

I wanted to be in a creative field (but also wanted to be able to support myself and, eventually, my family) and I decided to go to college and earned two Associates degrees for Graphic and Web Design.

It was in my classes, playing around with HTML, CSS and Javascript that I re-ignited my love of coding, and along with the design lessons, I've been very lucky to be one of the few who can both design and then build a functional website.

I'm currently the Lead Developer at the advertising agency I'm proud to work with, Bahlr Media in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. I spend every working day trying to expand my knowledge on all sides of design, development, branding, and marketing.
